Bilbo House:

Bilbo House is the only accommodation option managed directly by ALCE and it is a perfect solution for students who wish to live more independently, yet being part of a “family” group of international students. The Bilbo House accommodation consists of two different apartments, both less than a four / five minute walk away from the school. Centrally situated, both apartments are within walking distance to the famous shopping streets of Bologna, the most beautiful city park, the Giradini Margherita is only few hundred metres away, a perfect spot for recreation activities or simply to relax and enjoy the luscious greens.

They can choose to stay in a single or a shared bedroom (only 2 students booking together). Bathrooms and showers are shared. Student can prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchen

It can accommodate (in two flats with 5 and 3 bedrooms) male and female students. The beautiful and biggest Park “Giardini Margherita” is nearby. You can stay in a single or a shared bedrooms (2 beds). Bathrooms and showers are shared. Bed linen are provided, and you can use the washing machine. You have your own front door key. Bilbo House is a non-smoking accommodation.

We can proudly inform that since May 1st 2011, we can offer yet new convenient accommodation solutions to our
students. Our first unique option directly managed by us, is situated only 400m from the school, it is a completely refurbished, modern apartment (150 mq):

• 5 big rooms , 4 with air conditioning

• 2 bathrooms with showers and washing machine

• a fully equipped kitchen with cook-top, oven and cooker hood

• common area with a TV

• free Wi-Fi - high speed connection with optical fiber

• the beautiful and biggest Park “Giardini Margherita” is nearby

• Bilbo House is a non-smoking accommodation
  

Our new apartment is on the 1st floor of the building with elevator. It is well connected by city bussses and is also within walking distance to the city center.

modern apartment (100 mq):

• 3 big rooms , ALLwith air conditioning

• 1 bathroom with shower

• 1 small bathroom with laundry (washing machine)

• a fully equipped kitchen with cook-top, oven and cooker hood

• common area with a TV

• free Wi-Fi - high speed connection

• the beautiful and biggest Park “Giardini Margherita” is nearby

Our new apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. It is well connected by city buses and is also within walking distance to the city center (7/8 minutes).

 

Homestay - with a family

All of our host families are carefully selected and are checked regularly. This option includes half-board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) or self-catering (only use of kitchen). Students eat a main meal with the family and are therefore brought naturally into contact with everyday Italian life. Cleaning and laundry services are included.

Shared apartment

Most of our apartments are located in the centre of Bologna, allowing you to reach the school within ten-fifteen minutes (all well connected). The rooms are simply furnished and are either single or double (ONLY if you book with a friend). Students share the communal areas. This option allows you to live independently but also in contact with Italians. Cleaning services are not included. View same pictures >>>

Private flats

We can organise the rental of one bedroom or two bedroom apartments located in the city centre, 400 metres from the school. These apartments are available for a 2 week minimum. From 300 euros per week. View same pictures >>>
