We are delighted to inform you that after 10 years of operation, A.L.C.E. is now expanding its premises.  

 In the occasion of our 10th anniversary, we will also inaugurate our new premises (from March 21st), now situated within a marvelous historical building in the heart of Bologna.  

With more than 350m2, this ancient palace dating back to 17th and 18th century, is strategically placed in one of the historic streets of Bologna, the "Via Santo Stefano".  Although quite central, our new home is only a 2/3 minutes’ walk to the biggest park of the city - the "Gardens of Margherita", a beautiful green space, perfect for after-class socializing in the upcoming warm season. 

Our new location is even much closer to the historical centre and the main square of Bologna as well as the residential accommodation (Bilbo House) is also a few minutes’ walk nearer.

With 11 luminous, spacious classrooms, all air conditioned, the improved computer room facilities with free Wi-Fi, brand new students’ lounge area, etc.,  A.L.C.E. can now offer even more comfort and higher standards to its students.  

The inside of this artistic building welcomes you with a breath-taking original staircase.  However, as soon as you step into one of the rooms, you will realize the modern transition.  The whole building has been carefully refurbished to meet the modern needs, with parquet floors in all rooms, glass walls and light, luminous colors, the original high ceilings, etc.   

Official opening of our new premises is set for March 21st 2011, where we will have a little toast with our students and colleagues, if you are nearby, do come and join our opening.
